Refund policy
Jhyoung.com provides a tracking number and insurance for all shipped items. Orders must be over $500 CAD pre-tax to qualify for Free Federal Express (FedEx) Shipping. Orders under $500 are charged a flat shipping rate of $25. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.

JHYOUNG.COM REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Items that are on sale cannot be returned and are final sale.
Jhyoung.com allows 10 days for return of regular priced merchandise for a full refund starting from the day the merchandise was received by the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Jhyoung.com is not responsible for return shipping costs including any additional shipping fees such as customs duties, courier brokerage or shipping insurance.
All items that were purchased on Jhyoung.com must be returned through Jhyoung.com and cannot be returned at our Brantford store location.

Items being returned must not be worn, altered, or damaged. Items must have their original tags. All products must be returned in it’s original packaging.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Jhyoung.com has the right to deny refunds if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.
Please note that once a credit is issued your credit card company has up to one billing cycle to post the credit, although we generally find that most credits post within 10 business days.
Unfortunately, Jhyoung.com is unable to provide online exchanges. If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size, style or price, we recommend first sending the item back for a full refund (if return falls under the above requirements/time frame), then purchase your desired item through the website as a separate transaction.
Returns must be authorized by Jhyoung.com in advance. Customers must contact us prior to proceeding with return by emailing info@Jhyoung.com and you will be provided with a return authorization number as well as return shipping instructions. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package being returned. Jhyoung.com is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggests using a courier service that provides a tracking number.
